This doesnt seem to work with CS:S models.. well, when I open up a Source model in HLMV, it crashes.. HELP

You need the Source SDK's HLVM atm. No other way to view it.

Loaded up Source HLMV, tried to load the USP.. and I cant see it. I turned on ground and background, but I still cant see it..

How do I reorigin models form Source??

Having the viewer in the SDK doesnt really help re-origin either, you have to do it the old fashion way of changing some numbers, compiling, and going in game.

Anyone care to explain how its done in Source? I know, its a hassle, but it could really help to diversify the mod community, the way CS 1.6 is/was. Sure, it means some real crappy hack job releases. but if these things are explained, some real talent could emerge.. I guess.

Well this tutorial was made June 2004, we were still dreaming of Source at that time :p, im sure someone will make a tutorial soon, if not ill try too. Ive got the images back up in the first post to help you all by the way.
Also I don't know why MilkShape is causing any problems for anyone on the compiling front, it's never failed me, not once.
