Or just open the game_sounds_manifest.txt in your /scripts/ folder and paste in exactly what's in the code tags above.

how would you change the voice commands? Like the voice command "GO GO GO" and change the wav file to your own?

there is a file cstrike/scripts/game_sounds_radio.txt that contains the radio messages:

Code:
...
// RADIO MESSAGES
radio.moveout
{
   channel      CHAN_VOICE
   volume      1
   soundlevel   SNDLVL_75db
   wave      radio/moveout.wav
}

radio.letsgo
{
   channel      CHAN_VOICE
   volume      1
   soundlevel   SNDLVL_75db
   wave      radio/letsgo.wav
}

radio.locknload
{
   channel      CHAN_VOICE
   volume      1
   soundlevel   SNDLVL_75db
   wave      radio/locknload.wav
}

radio.go
{
   channel      CHAN_VOICE
   volume      1
   soundlevel   SNDLVL_75db
   rndwave
   {
      wave      radio/go.wav
      wave      radio/go-2.wav
   }
}
...

you can either edit the aliases that appear in that list or just replace the sounds they reference in cstrike/sounds/radio/

a while back i had some fun with multiple radio sound packs from BF2, RvS and some other games so it was all pretty random.
